Compstomp is short for computer stomping, usually its like 3 players vs 3 computers. In fastmaps (in this case "Fastest Possible map Ever") it's easy to take on the AI of the game. The thing is you get a win count in your stats even if your opponents are computers only, so here all 7 players get win. They obviously didn't like my sarcasm and it's bad for the culture but I couldn't resist sorry :)
