Adobe Photoshop panning fps: Flick Panning enabled vs disabled and vs older version. If I disable Flick Panning in Photoshop 23.1.1.202 the panning is limited to 60FPS on my 120Hz display. It doesn’t do this in older versions of Photoshop. I also noticed that even with Flick Panning enabled it stutters a little.

Continue readingHere I film the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with a Sony A7C and Sony FE 50mm macro lens spilling some water. I used Q&S to film at 1080p 120fps and store as a 1080p 30fps video. Then I used Optical Flow frame interpolation in Adobe Premiere to make a 60fps video. Yes the S21 Ultra is water proof 😛
