Here's the Effects Panel for Display Properties. You know the dynamic roll-out menus in Windows 98? Well now they'v added a new one, the Fade Effect. | ||

This effect is quite awesome IMHO or what they say, and much more stable and clean than the scroll effect in Win98. It never glitches and fits perfectly in everywhere I've seen it. Impressive
