How's this for a change? Incredible much better than Windows 9x defragger I tell you...

I defragmented SCSI_IBM (D:) while playing Quake 2 demo. D: is the harddrive I had windows 2000 installed. The game paused for a few milli secs every now and then, but other than that the framerate sustained at 45-55. impressive

And yes, the defragmentation didn't seem to get any slower (many red lines had disappeared when I alt-tab'd after a while)

And no, I don't have a supercomputer: PII 266 Overclocked to 333Mhz (83MHz systembus) and 224 MB RAM
