Adobe Photoshop 23.1.1.202 stutter at 120Hz, 60fps limit and Flic Panning disabled
Adobe Photoshop panning fps: Flick Panning enabled vs disabled and vs older version. If I disable Flick Panning in Photoshop 23.1.1.202 the panning is limited to 60FPS on my 120Hz display. It doesn’t do this in older versions of Photoshop. I also noticed that even with Flick Panning enabled it stutters a little.

I took seven pictures with different focus and merged them in Helicon Focus. I got better results in Helicon Focus than Adobe Photoshop.
Sony A7C and Sony FE 50mm f/2.8 macro lens needle interpolated 4K60
I short clip on Sony A7C and the Sony 50mm macro lens. It is shot in 24fps but I interpolated it to 60fps in Adobe Premiere with Optical Flow function.
