I placed a drop of water on a leaf and a Mother’s day bouquet behind. I then focused on the refracting flowers shining through the drop. Taken with a Sony A7C and a Laowa 85mm macro lens.

I blended three photos of different exposure and tone mapped them in Photomatix. A little too much HDR perhaps but I liked it 🙂

A bumblebee on a Lavender. It is not easy taking shots of insects which are feeding off of blossoms. They fly away to the next flower very quickly :-).

I caught a weevil getting ready to fly. I took many photos and ended up with a good one. I used a Sony A7C, Laowa 85mm 2:1 macro lens and a Godox V350S flash. I was lucky with the green background.

I got a drop of water to stick on a leaf and placed a flaming Katy flower behind it. I took several shots and stacked them in Helicon Focus so every part of the drop and leaf is in focus.
