Today (March 03, 2003) during the Morgan Stanley Semiconductor & Systems
Conference, Jen-Hsun Huang states that the mainstream (low-end) GeForce 
FX will be built on .15u process.
Jen-Hsun talks about it during the 38th minute of the conference.
